I would tell a buyer who is looking to purchase a home to get a good, local lender. The lender can make or break a deal, and it's imperative they are knowledgeable and local to the San Antonio, Boerne, greater Texas Hill Country area. Get pre-approved so you're ready to make an offer on a home when you find "The One." Make a list of areas you're interested in, a needs vs wants list, establish a timeline and a budget, and start home shopping! If you need a lender, we have several we use personally and refer to all our clients.

Advice I would give a seller trying to sell their home would be to consult a local realtor, who knows the area well, and who actively sells in your town/area. Ask if they are a full-time agent or part-time agent. Ask about their marketing plan, pricing strategy, and whether they use a professional photographer and videographer.
