Staci probably wasnt our best choice for a home buting experience she only showed us one house which we felt we were pretty much pushed into buying because she wanted us to make an offer after only looking at this house. We paid for an inspection however we dont know how the house even passed an inspection it has no fire alarms, we put a radon unit in and the radon levels are high, they were supposed to fix the electrical issue but they never did and all Staci can say is use your warrantyaEUR| The appliances worked for a week and we had to purchase new ones. The framing around the exterior doors and doors are currently being replaced by us, we have very bad windows that are completely rotted out and in need of replacing (currently working with contractors)aEUR| I would not recommend Staci for your home buying id find a realtor who actually cares what kind of junky house that theyre just trying to sell to make their commission. I dont recommend buying from this lady at all unless youre willing to spend high dollar for the house and ready to put in thousands of dollars for repairs and you just bought the house in DecemberaEUR|unprofessional as can be.
