Stacey has such a knowledge of aEUR~what to do and how to do it. She helped us navigate counter offers and repair requests to leverage maximum outcome. In a sale where the sellers basically offered to do aEUR~0 repairs, Stacey was able to make our whole repairs list completed by the seller! They say buying a home is one of the most stressful things in life, but aEURoetheyaEUR? clearly havent had Stacey help them. This home buying process was so easy and painless I often forgot we were buying a home!
