We worked with Nicholas Smith on the purchase of a co-op apartment in Manhattan, and he was, in a word, amazing. Having never purchased real estate in New York City, we really didn't have an idea of how the process worked and, because it was quite different from our previous home purchase elsewhere, we definitely needed lots of support and advice in order to have a successful transaction. Luckily for us, Nick gave us straightforward and honest information, showed us lots of apartments and then quickly figured out what would best suit our needs, and helped us find the perfect place. This was a big life change for us, moving to a new city and downsizing, and having a knowledgeable and friendly agent at our sides made the process much smoother and less stressful!

Mike played a crucial part in helping me find and purchase my first apartment in NYC. He is not only organized, responsive and knowledgeable but he is always positive and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Mike showed me numerous apartments for almost three months until I finally found the perfect place.
