Stacey Deville, M.F.S is a Top Producing Real Estate Broker and owner of Townes, a local Austin and Hill Country real estate company. Stacey has been immersed in the real estate community for the last 12+ years spending her time focusing on the development side of real estate as well as her vast experience in luxury home and land/ranch sales. Stacey previously worked for 9 years for a billion-dollar boutique brokerage in the Austin area where she was a top producing agent. Stacey is a mastered degree Forensic Scientist who worked (and still works) as a Crime Scene Investigator/Consultant, Reserve Police Officer and Private Investigator. Stacey still works on an on call basis for a local Police Department's CID unit. You will occasionally still see her working the part so don't be surprised! She is from the Lake Travis area, having graduated from Lake Travis High School, but currently calls the Hill Country home with her husband and two young children where they spend time riding 4-wheelers on their land. Stacey's young son has an incredibly rare brain disorder. Stacey used this hardship to develop a greater sense of purpose for her life. She has started multiple groups that help parents of kids with undiagnosed or rare disorders, and dedicates her time to serving her community in any possible way she can from food drives, clothing drives to Christmas fundraising. Stacey is fully immersed in the school system, and is very knowledgeable about navigating the special education programs within the school district. In her spare time she heads up the Austin/Central Texas Chapter of the National Ataxia Foundation, Parents of Kids with Ataxia, Rare Kids, her neighborhood watch group, a neighborhood ladies group, and is an avid tennis player. Stacey also runs a large group, called Compass Rogue made up of over 150 agents throughout the country. She fully supports our military and police.
