ZillowVERIFIEDThis is now the third time we have worked with Spencer on buying houses and truly we wouldn't use anybody else. Spencer helped us find a house in SLC while we were living out of state. He went above and beyond going to look at houses for us and filming them so we could see. He's honest about what he thinks and won't try to talk you into anything. He even took his contractor dad over to a house we were thinking about buying to see what he thought and told us not to buy it. He also has an extensive list of tradespeople he works with and is very connected in the community. He definitely made the stressful process of buying a house while living out of state as easy as possible. Hopefully this is our last move for a long time but I will always send friends and family his way.
