ZillowVERIFIEDWe got in contact with Spencer originally through Zillow because of an inquiry on a property, not the one we bought. He was very quick with answers and very knowledgeable of the markets he worked. Because of that, we engaged him as a buyers agent. He identified several properties for us. The property we purchased was at the far edge of his normal territory. Once the property was identified, he went to work finding out everything he could about the complex and the area. He skillfully guided us through the purchase process, which was somewhat complicated by the sellers and the way they wanted the process to go. Once under contract, he helped us get through to closing as we were not there for the closing. Spencer was quick to respond, honest in his property assessments, and very helpful through the whole process.
