Spencer has had a passion for real estate his whole life As a young boy he imagined how amazing it would be finding homes for people and seeing the smile on a clients face when he helped them find the right home This inspired him to choose real estate as a career Spencer is originally from New Hampshire He moved to Florida in May of 2017 The original plan was to move to California That plan changed when he and his wife took a trip to Sarasota Florida Mr Erickson was drawn to all of the happy people beautiful surroundings and warm weather of the area It was easy to settle here as a permanent home Spencer has the confidence level optimism and determination to meet his clients goals and needs This will provide an advantage in the real estate industry plus making real estate a breeze for his clients
