Soukaina Aroui

My name is Soukaina Aroui and I have been passionate about real estate since my earliest years growing up in Orlando, Florida. I love serving my clients and guiding them through the home buying and selling process. My real estate business is built on communication, dedication, transparency and loyalty. I'm also a Civil Engineer which arms me with a detail-oriented eye that expertly evaluates homes and their design. I was born in Morocco and moved to the United States at the age of 17, where I attended the University of Central Florida and obtained my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. I then relocated to Los Angeles CA where I lived & practiced real estate for 3 years before moving back to Tampa, FL. I'm a licensed realtor in both FL & CA . I am fluent in Arabic, French and English. As a homeowner myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live, it's where you make long-lasting memories. In my time outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures. I also take pride in serving the community by volunteering in local and national associations and I'm constantly attending real estate seminars to expand my knowledge and better serve my clients.
