Ive purchased homes in the past and hands down none of my previous agents had the passion, skill, know-how and customer service close to Sophias! Sophia could say a thing or two about me, that she has never had a customer as untrusting and void of real estate knowledge as I am. Lol! As I'm trying to purchase my home in a 55 and over senior community, I'm not sure if its my age (72) that makes me feel so vulnerable. I'm not good with numbers (percentages / interest rates) or anything for that matter. Seems the years has ushered in a new normal that takes a lot of getting used to, if at all. Sopia is a walking calculator! And if there were something that I needed explained to me 50 times, she would very gently and patiently explain it; telling me, as we were over the phone, to get out a pencil and paper as she took me step by step over figures and details, until I could understand. She picked up on me right away and instantly began filling in every gap. I felt very safe with her. Sophia never once flinched or complained about my constant and untimely questions and insecurities. No matter what time of day (or evening) she never failed to respond. If she didnt have the answer, she would find the answer, but nine times out of ten, she already had the answer. No one could pull the wool over her eyes! She was not to be bullied or ignored as was her experience with my property sellers who tried to keep her out of emails and meetings, but she was not sitting back to let me be devoured and kept sweetly and gently reminding them that she needs to be included. Otherwise, I would have been taken for a ride. She caught everything, even down to the smallest, most unnoticeable chip, she pointed it out and wanted it fixed. She read everything, all the small print and even what wasnt there that she knew should be. The many years that she has spent in this business was obviously displayed for all to see and take notice! It was as if she was buying my home for herself! As a believer, I know that Sophia Richards was the answer to my prayers. I know it!!! My very first built from the ground home, I needed more that your average Joe real estate agent. I needed someone with all the answers who will do more than just show me a home and do nothing else. I needed someone with intelligence, skills, empathy and compassion, someone to hold my hand and carry me through the entire process. My Heavenly Father sent Sophia to me!!! Every positive adjective that you can think of, belongs to this very outstanding lady! Shes always smiling and upbeat! Her real estate shoes are bar none unfillable in comparison to those in her field. To top it off, she presented me with a card and beautiful gifts at closing! Theres none as conscientious and absolutely ultracareful as Sophia Richards? I may sound like I am over doing it as I go on and on, but if you only knew how badly I needed someone with all of her attributes! I recommend her over and over again especially to seniors like myself. I pray that she gets back all that she puts in her work and in life. She deserves it!
