My wife and I were extremely fortunate to have worked with Sophia. The remote purchase of our retirement townhouse in Philadelphia was far easier than we expected due to Sophias dedication, experience, and professionalism. Right from the start, Sophia was upfront with us about the neighborhoods in which she had much experience versus where we were looking. Still, she came very highly recommended by trusted friends and we took the chance. We were not disappointed. Despite being over an hour away from the property, she did FaceTime calls with us from the home, carefully advising us on any issues she saw. The timing of our closing was tricky, being Thanksgiving weekend. Sophia prioritized us and made us feel like little else mattered. As remote buyers, we were very dependent on her advice and connections, which were very reliable and professional. The loan broker Sophia recommended to us (Prosperity Mortgage) delivered terms we would have been hard pressed to get without her referral, I believe. In negotiating the price and repairs, she was confident and assertive without being pushy, always connecting with us on all the important decisions. Would we recommend Sophia for home purchase? Sophia is amazing. We knew the moment we had spoken she was a class act and the woman to get the job done. Sophia sold my mother in laws house in 1 Day (!) and it was during a BROKERS OPEN! It was awesome working with Sophia, she is very straight foward with everything. Take time to explain and the process is very fast with her. Excellent staging of the house and it was sold within hours from the listing going life. Closing was completed days before it was scheduled for, we left town before closing and Sophia helped us with expediting paperwork so we had nothing to worry about.
