Sonya truly was indispensable to my husband and I during our search for and the purchase of our dream property! Yes she knows the area very well but what I felt helped us most is that she grew up here. We were able to pick her brain and ask a ton of questions to really help us figure things out. Sonya was easy to communicate with and she really got to know us. We emailed lots of properties back and fourth, she was quick to respond to texts and spent time with us on the phone. Sonya made sure to have lots of places lined up so we could make the most of our visits out here. At first my husband didnt think he was going to want or enjoy this beachy way of living and the first time we met Sonya he was doing it for me. But as our search continued he liked what we were seeing and knew this was for us. What we truly appreciated and valued was Sonyas vast knowledge of not only buying and selling real estate but the building process as a whole. We are kind of picky and wanted a lot of things to make this perfect for us and Sonya was able to guide us in getting everything we wanted plus more!
