As a native Austinite, Sonya Cunningham has witnessed the beautiful evolution of her city, from a quiet spot on the Central Texas map to the diverse cultural mecca it is today. Inspired by her mother, Karen, Sonya embarked on a lifelong passion of helping others with real estate in 2003.

Having grown up in Westlake along with her deep love for the iconic Hill Country landscape, she offers intimate knowledge of the homes and communities nestled there.
