We were first time home buyers, moving from Germany. I contacted Sonja in the fall of 2021, and although we werent looking to buy until Spring 2022, she always made herself available for a phone or zoom call, no matter the time difference. We ended up purchasing new construction, and she updated us weekly on the progress, and regular liaised with the builders on our behalf. We were never kept in the dark about anything, and she truly made it seem like we were there. The whole process from start to finish went unbelievably smooth, and we owe that to Sonja. I contracted with Sonja to sell my uncle?s home after he passed away. I can?t say enough about how helpful she was during a difficult time.
