I contacted Sonja in the fall of 2021, and although we werent looking to buy until Spring 2022, she always made herself available for a phone or zoom call, no matter the time difference. We ended up purchasing new construction, and she updated us weekly on the progress, and regular liaised with the builders on our behalf.
