Didnt want to go through all the open houses, signs, etc. Wanted a reasonable, low key transaction as our house was partially renovated and we wanted a fair price. Was referred to Song by a realtor friend of ours. On the same day we talked he brought a buyer that was a perfect match for what we wanted. Sold the house the same day! Everything went fine with the transactions and with Docusign software, it moves so fast. He was always accessible by phone or text to address concerns. Its like your his only client.
