Took roughly 4 months to find the property that best fit me but she was ready to jump whenever a new property came on the market. I don't know what legal restrictions realitors have when it comes to advice on negotiating but it could have been better dealing with a stubborn seller. Overall great experience and will be recommending given the opportunity.
