When I set out to find an agent in the area, there were 2 whose names came up repeatedly. After interviewing both agents, Somer was hands down, the right choice for us. Somer made a cumbersome project, so easy. Our situation, while somewhat normal, was not normal. At no point during the process did my faith in Somer's ability to deliver results ever waiver. Somer helped me sell my Forest Village home. She was a referral from my California realtor. She helped me navigate through multiple offers and ultimately I sold the home to a buyer who made it to closing without too much drama. Somer is very diligent and even found a way for us to stay in communication while she was on a cruise. (Yes, realtors are allowed to take vacations.)
