Somer made a cumbersome project, so easy. Our situation, while somewhat normal, was not normal. At no point during the process did my faith in Somer's ability to deliver results ever waiver. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive (to a fault) and an excellent partner to have on a project which can overwhelm some people. She helped me navigate through multiple offers and ultimately I sold the home to a buyer who made it to closing without too much drama. Somer is very diligent and even found a way for us to stay in communication while she was on a cruise. (Yes, realtors are allowed to take vacations.)
