    I find it refreshing to have a person such as Sofia Ellis to be a advocate for our condo coop selling needs. She made sure we were kept up on all processes and deadlines. She make the closing process as fun as it was when we closed on our first home single family home as our real estate professional. Even with the renovation of the condo, she was there and inspecting everything , making sure it was the best for everyone, the seller and the buyer to be.
