Recently retired from the US Army and moved to Wyoming from the Twin Cities to find our retirement home. We started our home buying search in Cheyenne and surrounding area, then we went up to Casper and back to Cheyenne, no luck finding anything reasonable.Then we saw a listing that Skye had that brought us here. After a few days in the area we decided to stay, we like the scenery, small town living and potential growth.Skye took the time to help us find a new home and we did see a lot of homes. We were surprised how knowledgeable he was about the properties that he showed us. I have to actually say he is one of best realtors we ever had! He was very patient and not pushy, actually we had fun looking for our new home.In our home search we had a set price about want we wanted to spend and he didn't try to shows us homes that was over our limit, no pressure. For the most part he did everything that we requested; from searching for type of home we wanted, recommended property inspectors, writing the contract (our bid) all the way to the closing. He alway stayed in contact with us during the whole process and we didnt have to chase him down or wait for days for a response back. Our overall experience with Skye and his team was awesome! So if your in the Riverton area and looking to buy a new home, I would highly recommend Skye and you wont be disappointed! Thank you Skye for finding us our retirement home!

Decided to move back home (Lander) after retiring from 22 years of being in the military.Tried using Lander agents but none of them "clicked" with us. Luckily we saw some acreage for sale and contacted the listing agent, which was Skye.The professionalism of service we received was impressive! The agency is a family business with a long track record of outstanding service. Skye was by far the best real estate agent we have used in Fremont county! Unlike a lot of the other agents he actually listened to us and what we wanted. He then delivered on all the things we asked for! He was always prepared for showings and very knowledgeable about all things real estate. I would recommend him above any other agent out there.
