Skip helped us purchase our first home 8 years ago, and then helped us sell it this year. He gave clear advice that helped us take it from a very lived in family home to a lovely staged home. With Skip, the process was very clear every step of the way. He helped explain each stage, answer questions we had quickly and concisely, and send us reminders as the next task in the process arose. We had our property listed and got multiple offers the first weekend. As we reviewed offers, he never once pushed us one way or another - he was very objective and professional. I generally don't trust sales folks and do much of my own research. I've heard how others' experiences with realtors have gone. I've never once felt Skip was guiding us for his own benefit. We are in the process of a new build, using him as a realtor (again, something I always said I WOULDN'T do bc of the headache) and he is, again, very trustworthy and helpful. Skip was great to work with. He was very good at pointing out the different positives and negatives about the different houses we looked at. He was always very tinely and responsive to our needs. He was also very flexible with his scheduling when going to look at houses. I would highly recommend Skip if you want to actually find something you like rather then just the first house that checks off a few boxes.
