Skip Halverson

Skip grew up in Alexandria, MN where he graduated High School and went on to college at St. Cloud State University and St. Cloud Technical College. While in college, he worked at Best Buy where he excelled at retail sales. After awhile of selling in the retail industry, Skip went onto school to obtain his Minnesota Real Estate License in 2003 and started his career. Since then, he has went on to further his knowledge and experience by obtaining his Minnesota Real Estate Brokers License in 2006.

Skip has become the "Go to" realtor and a consistent leader with a reputation for making sure his clients are educated throughout the process of buying and selling real estate from start to finish. He is what is known as an "Asset" realtor rather than a "transactional" realtor. Meaning not only is he there for you during the transaction, but for years to come following the transaction. In his free time, Skip enjoys spend quality time with his wonderful wife, Krista and twin daughters Shaya and Siri. Skip also volunteers at his kids school with fundraising events like the Fall Workathon, Harvest Ball and the schools weekly Bingo events. He also likes to golf, go camping, ride motorcycle and fish.
