First time homebuyer here. Going into buying my first home, I had NO idea what I was getting myself into. On top of this, I was shopping during a time in 2021 where the market was in a crazy place. Houses were selling in 1-2 days and for well above asking price. I was randomly paired with Sissye through a third party app, and I couldn't have been luckier. Sissye took me through every step of the process in an easy to understand way and pointed out things to me on certain properties that I never would have noticed otherwise. She went over each property we looked at with a fine-toothed comb and made sure I was aware of any flaws or issues that would need to be addressed. She has an intimate knowledge of the area and was very helpful in steering me towards good neighborhoods that would be close to my work, which was a top priority. When all was said and done, I ended up with my dream home! I cannot recommend Sissye enough to anyone looking for a great realtor!

I have never ever given anyone a perfect rating on anything, but this time I have to! My wife's and my experience, with Sissye Gory's help in buying a new home, after moving in from out of state, was perfect. We didn't have "connections" when we moved here and I just randomly contacted an agent out of the blue, with fingers crossed, hoping that we would get a decent agent at best, and we somehow hit a home run finding Sissye! My wife and I know that we are very selective (a.k.a. "picky") about our purchases on pretty much everything and finding a new home was going to be the epitome our "pickiness". I was already feeling sorry for the realtor we would get, who would have to put up with us to be honest. NOT A PROBLEM with Sissye. She really got to work, started looking for a home for us, filled us in on all the areas around that we should be focusing on, gave us general info on lifestyles around our new target area and then with all the patience in the world took us on many home tours. Sissye was always right on top of things - super responsive and even though we were in the rainiest season ever, she was always on time with a smile and ready to show us the next house. It all paid off and finally, we found exactly the home, that we were hoping to score. Sissye helped us through all the steps in getting our home, explaining paperwork, negotiations, and all the bits and pieces of doing things right. We are super happy with our new home, in what we feel, is the best location for us and we believe, that it was because of Sissye's service and knowledge that got us here. Sissye certainly deserves 5 stars in our opinion.
