Simone is fabulous! She was originally our rental property manager and answered my request for the property SUPER late at night when we had to find a home ASAP due to a quick notice for a military PCS during COVID. She helped us find a home to buy instead of renting the following year then less than a year later helped us sell due to another unexpected military move. All VA loan offers accepted as well during these super tough bidding times! Thank you for being on our roller coaster and making sure we arrived where we needed to be without a hitch.
