The Wolf Family, Sima, Lyle and Ian do a fantastic job. They stuck with me through a trying time and went above and beyond to be of service. The best I have ever encountered! I only wish all realtors were as superb as they are. During the latest time, Ian was especially thorough, insightful, knowledgeable, communicative and energetic.

My husband and I made the bittersweet decision of listing our home for sale in October 2020. My family and I have worked with Ian and Sima in the past and are always eternally grateful for all of their hard work and dedication, therefore, they are the only team for us! Ian was extremely professional and patient with us. He knows his business and the market and gave us great advice and guidance. I was nervous with listing in the midst of a pandemic, but between masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, all went as smooth as possible. We listed our home at a fair price and had a 1 hour open house (which I was a bit skeptical about)...there was a line outside of my house and we had multiple offers within hours of being on the market. We got top dollar for our home. Being in the middle of both the selling and buying end can be extremely stressful, but Ian worked behind the scenes to alleviate the stress on my end. I cant thank him enough for all that he did for us and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family for their buying & selling needs. THANKS AGAIN, IAN!!!

I would not recommend Sima or the Wolf team. They are knowledgeable about the process, providing resources and helpful with moving things along, but in retrospect we realize they never had our best interests in mind. They did not negotiate on our behalf nor did they ever point things out that may be of concern to a home buyer. Lyle was not helpful at all whenever we went out for showings or open houses, and it was difficult to coordinate showings with them on the weekends.Sima micromanaged the entire process in order to get the sale everything from using "her" mortgage dude and "this is the guy we usually use to do inspections."
