This is the second house that Silvia has sold for us. We met Silvia about 8 years ago when we went to see a house she was showing. She asked us if we had a realtor and we didn't so she asked if we would consider working with her. The relationship started by her sending us weekly listings of homes she thought we would like. She would always meet us to see the ones we liked and only sent us listings once per week like she said she would. She earned our business and the rest is history as they say. She helped my sister and her husband sell their house as well as a very good friend of mine to sell her house as well. We enjoy working with Silvia because she always tells us what we need to hear not necessarily what we want to hear. We have benefited from her deep knowledge of real estate in many ways - too numerous to count. We will continue to work with Silvia until either we stop buying houses or she retires. Thanks.Damian O.
