Silvana was our broker. We were looking for a home in the DC area to be closer to our family. We had specific requirements--it needed to have one level living and plenty of space. She found us a home that fit our requirements in Hyattsville. The house had some issue, including a disabled HVAC . She was able to negotiate a price reduction after the inspection using specific information obtained by the inspector as well as price to repair that she was able to secure from a vendor. We are able to close in less than 30 days which is what we wanted to do. She was constantly available, answering texts and emails at all hours. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a response. She also provided information as to vendors for future work, moving companies, utilities, etc. She is the most knowledgeable and effective professional that I have ever dealt with. Plus she was pleasant and kept me focused on each step we needed to take.
