Silvana is an absolute gem and an outstanding advocate to have in your corner. She helped us navigate a tough market for sellers in the DMV and we're so thankful for her experience and guidance. She's extremely responsive to texts, emails, and calls; she lets you know she's read your message and can't respond right away - it made us feel seen, respected, and like we had a true partner. Her approach to showing our house was to create clean and open space but not to remove all the character of the home, which was refreshing and echoed how we like to see houses as buyers. She came and helped finish painting before the photographer came! She's really an all-in agent who was fun, kind, and knowledgeable. When it came to negotiating the offer, she acted with grace and strength in the face of a difficult negotiation. She was also creative in problem-solving during the negotiation and had a great energy that we appreciated during the process.
