Let me start by saying, I cant say enough good things about Sidra. By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I also work in the service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Sidra exceeded in both aspects. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking me through the aEURoebig picture.aEUR? From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) aEUR" every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. I felt like she was family, I could call her or facetime at any time of the day and she was always eager to help and answer any questions I had. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didnt know all of the right questions I should be asking (or dos and donts, for example) and she would proactively provide me with all the information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Sidra does it but she does her thing! Even during the closing process when I found another potential home, Sidra was thorough in taking our interest seriously and gave me reliable information to move forward with the house I originally decided on. It turned out the other house was a hidden nightmare! Thank goodness Sidra caught that. Sidra will be my goto person for any future questions. I appreciate her time and all her help she provided me through the whole process and making this process as smooth as possible.

Looking for a home was a stressful process for me. One of the problems that I faced was to find a house which was modern built, in a nice community but also budget friendly. Most of the modern built homes were high priced. Sidra listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. She created a profile for me so I would get emails for all the new listings that were being posted every day. If there was anything that would match my criteria, she would reach out and let me know. Despite living a far distance from the housing areas, she would make every effort to schedule house tours and would accompany me. I worked with Sidra on an investment property and she has been very helpful and resourceful.
