About Sidney Nazario

A commitment to helping others, combined with over 15 years of sales experience and a love for real estate made entering the industry an easy choice for me. Helping people understand how to use homeownership as a tool for building generational wealth is one of my biggest motivators. Prior to partnering with Keller Williams, I received my MBA from Western Connecticut State University, graduating with honors. I have always wanted to start my own business and when the pandemic caused instability within my local housing market, I decided that real estate would be my calling. I utilize techniques that are both strategic and tech-forward in order to put my clients in position to achieve the best possible results. Buyers and sellers alike benefit from my overall knowledge of the local market. With each interaction I strive to add value by providing the strategy and insight needed to help my clients make the best possible decisions around the purchase or sale of their home. I like the challenge of looking for investment opportunities and I enjoy conducting first time homebuyer seminars. I also have a keen eye for stylish homes. When I am not working, you can find me running, riding my bike or spending time with my family.

Selling a property is chock full of obstacles frustrations emotional ups and downs complexities of real estate law and other assorted fun and games what a relief it was to have Kim and Sidney to deal with all of the above promptly and with ease.
