We were ready to sell our house and we knew that the only person that we wanted to do it was Shoya! She sold us this house and the compassion she provided in our time of need showed us the integrity that we wanted when we sold it. Shoya was upfront about the market, the timeline, and anything else that came up along the way. She fought for us to get the deal we deserved and she worked all the details out, big and small. We actually wanted her to be our realtor in the purchase of our new home in Blanchard but she was honest in the fact that she didn't know that market and felt we would be better served by someone local. Shoya is so personable and knowledgeable! She helped us buy our home and sell it. As first time buyers (and sellers) it was clear from the beginning she had our best interest at heart. Selling our home came with some hurdles that Shoya handled flawlessly and within a crazy timely manner. Her knowledge of the local area made it possible to maneuver through the process so easy as she knew who to call for each things that needed to be done. We even kept in contact after We bought our home because she could recommend a business or person to help with things around the house. I can honestly say our house would not have sold and definitely not as quickly if it had not been for her!
