When we initially started using Shonda as our realtor we were planning on getting an older home to remodel; however, in the back of our minds we knew we wanted to build and fell in love with a specific community but there werent any lots available that we wanted at the time. Shonda listed our home and helped us buy a new home Shonda is like a good mother. She is very knowledgeable, caring , patient and once she knows what you want, she isrelentless and expert in all getting what you desire. She exceeded our expectations in many ways. Shonda helped us find tradespeople to quickly prepare our house for sale . She was a great help in finding and getting us in to see many homes quickly in many communities ; we were than able to narrow down the choices to the best community for us. At the end of long days searching she gifted us with homemade casseroles and delicious bread pudding . She got our house sold quickly at and negotiated a great price and in the little time left before we needed to vacate. Shonda found us a great new home in a great community at a great negotiated price. She was a pleasure to work with. There were so many details and she shepparded us through them almost effortlessly. Shonda is a gem and we would surely recommend her as a wonderful aid to sell and/ or buy a home.
