Shiya Gross

Shiya Gross joined the real estate field in 1999. He started with Century 21 and then joined John J. Lease Realtors in 2004, since that time he has built a large client base with many builders and developers in the Hudson Valley region.. In addition, he has continued to build a reputation in this area for selling new construction homes.

He is now a real estate broker of his own real estate brokerage firm, Green Triangle Equities, LTD. He specializes in REO/bank owned property saless and short sales. In addition to this he is involved in many land acquisitions for clients and for himself. Buying property first hand and being able to develop them has been key in gaining experience and first hand knowledge of land development.

Shiya and his wife Chana live in the lower Hudson Valley region, where his wife is very busy as a homemaker with their seven children.
