Shilpa helped us with our first home purchase in the Bay Area. In a highly competitive sellers market, she was a wonderful agent to have on our side, at every step of the process. She had a very systematic way of working with us, but at the same time put us at ease and answered all our queries - small and large. She was very generous with her time - she went over the first set of property disclosures with us - coaching us about what to look for. Right from planning our house tours, going over disclosures, determining what fixes were needed for each house and the offer process, Shilpa was meticulous and detail oriented.
