Stefan was extremely attentive throughout our long process of looking at homes and then eventually selling because we decided to move out of state. I cant say enough good things about Stefan and his team! They did a phenomenal job to list and sell my house in 2 days and help me purchase a home! He guided me through my purchase and was able to answer or find an answer to all my questions. I purchased a spec home, so guiding me through all that comes with a new build was a god send! My partner and I are first-time home buyers, totally new to the entire process, and we messaged The Petrashek Group just hoping to get lucky to find a good realtor, and boy did we! Their listed experience and high rating should be taken very seriously!!
