Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Sheryl Pina to anyone that is looking to get top dollar and work with an agent that puts the customer first. She attends all showings, communicates what is happening and guides you through the sales process. My husband and I decided to move from Pompano Beach area to Port St. Lucie. We walked into Keller Williams and were greeted by a very friendly smile. The woman behind the smile was Sheryl Glants Pina. She took us around several areas she thought we might like, while really listening to our wants and needs. We ended up in PGA Verano , and bought a lot for a new build the next weekend. We needed to sell our home in Pompano beach and a condo in Lighthouse Point. We listed both with Sheryl and she was there at every showing driving 90 minutes each way. She is extremely smart and very knowledgeable about real estate , and you really feel represented.
