My name is Ben Long and my wife name is Yvette Long. We purchased lot 36 (23 N Cousins CT) in your Charlestown Development. I wanted to take a moment and advise you of our overall buying experience with one of your Sale Reps Mrs. Sherry Warf. We made the decision to look at property outside of the Washington, DC area due to my pending retirement. After researching several states, we narrowed our search down to NC. Not to our surprise, there are ample amount of great new construction and existing homes to look at in the central and eastern part of the state to review. We elected to look at the Eastern NC part of the state due to data we came across that made the area seemingly more attractive than any other part of the state. We contacted a realtor team and started looking. We worked with our realtor team for a good year searching for that "right" home. During the search, Yvette and I elected to take an impromptu trip to the Goldsboro area and see what (if any) homes may peak our interest. We booked a hotel in Smithfield, thinking we were in Goldsboro. We pull out the list of new construction in the Goldsboro area (please note we were in Smithfield) and responded to Charlestown Development. The development was new and not even coming up on our Google Maps. We did some creative navigation and found the Sales Center. Once we walked thru the door, we INSTANTLY felt like we were family! :-) The Sales Rep, later identified as Mrs. Sherry Warf who was so engaging, funny, and totally "down to earth" Yvette and I knew in less than 15 minutes we wanted to be a part of this community. We spent a better part of 2 hours discussing the area (which we discovered was Smithfield and not Goldsboro) and the details/plans of the community. During the entire meeting, Ms Sherry never made us feel "pressured" or feel "uncomfortable" about anything associated with possible purchase of a home. Not once did she give us a sales pitch, like I said earlier, she made us feel like a family member. Over a course of the next 60 days after our initial contact with Ms. Sherry, we stayed in constant contact with Ms. Sherry, something WE wanted to do, due to Ms Sherry's "down to earth" attitude and her special way of making discussing purchasing a Adams Home fun and exciting. We put our home on the market and once it was sold, we advised Ms Sherry our decision to purchase a Adams Home. Please note we had a team of realtors out of the New Bern area who was showing us homes as well, but they just didn't provide that little extra "something" that Ms Sherry came with... I know this is a lot of data just to say that our buying experience and subsequent first month in a Adams Homes has been OUTSTANDING. We just wanted you all to understand what we experienced with dealing with your Sals Rep Mrs. Warf, and what we believe was/is probably something other home buyers in the development have probably experienced as well. Ms. Sherry is one of those employees a company is fortunate to have in their lineup (just my experience as a Director managing over 1000 employees). I will close with saying thank you for providing the initial outstanding quality/customer service most company's have forgotten existed. Your Sales Rep at the Charlestown Site (Mrs. Warf) is a keeper, and in our opinion will provide satisfied buyers to your sales sheets many years to come. Thanks, Ben &Yvette Long

I am a resident of your Development Charlestowne in Smithfield, NC. I closed on my new home in December 2022. I am writing you to inform you of the outstanding service I received from the New Home Specialist, Sherry Warf, assigned to this development. When we first meet her, she was working at a different development, but was so thoughtful and professional. She provided several addresses of different Adams Home developments being built in the area for us to look at. Our realtor was able to take us to all of the different places. Lot 41 in Charlestowne was in the framing stage, but it was exactly what we were looking for, the lot was large and had plenty of square footage. Sherry was outstanding, she helped us get our contract in quickly. We were from Northern Virginia and looking for a forever home on the weekends. She worked diligently with our realtor and us, to get all of all documentation and down payment in quickly, because we were so afraid someone might beat us to it. I was so excited when she told us that it was confirmed. We went back and forth with our financing, trying to get the best deal, and Sherry was right there standing in our corner and introduced us to Amy Johnson at Academy Mortgage, whom I still stay in contact with. We bonded immediately. The entire process was so smooth, and enjoyable all due to the first person we meet that represented Adams homes in such a lovely, kind, considerate manner. She completely sold us on this purchase. Sherry demonstrates great professionalism, while still offering real southern hospitality. Mrs. Sherry Warf, is a true gem, and she exemplifies that every day by the way she treats and cares for her customers. Although you don't provide anything to rate the performance of your staff, my husband and I wish to extend a 5 Star Rating for her services. Mr. Nicholas, I ask that you please provide a copy of this to Mr. Adams the owner. I feel that he should know about the outstanding work of those that represent his company.
