I really believe that the right thing happens at the right time. Recently I sold three houses for a couple who didn't even know that they wanted to move. They fell in love with a property that needed a lot of work right before the holidays, and, usually, such a property would only be a cash purchase. They didn't have the cash, and, in a multiple offer scenario, we were able to convince the Seller to work with us. The work on the home was competed prior to the close of escrow, and we also sold two of their other homes for premium prices to fund the work. The entire process took three months, and they already earned about $500K in equity on their new purchase. It was very magical the way that it worked out, and they completely deserve their good fortune, and have a beautiful new family home.

I was working at a large corporation as a Marketing Manager, and the company was acquired by an even larger corporation. Since Management was being "pushed downwards" I decided to go into a different field. I didn't want to compete in a stagnant environment, and so I opened up my opportunity field by going into real estate.

I have both an undergraduate degree and advanced business degree from top universities. In addition to this, I began working when I was 15, and I have a very strong work ethic. This unique combination of professional and practical exposure sets me apart from most Agents.
