Sherry is proactive & diligent professional. From the quality air photos of my property, which gave amazing views to full description and details, to her ability to handle it was impressive. Always in contact by phone calls, texting, e-mails not missing a detail. The property sold so quickly, and the closing ran so fast, I felt confident with her guidance from beginning to end. I'm not even sure where to start with a review for Sherry. I am not easily trusting of people who make a commission off of my sales or purchases, and I'm not an easy sell in any area. From the moment I spoke with Sherry, I felt the anxiety of selling my home begin to fade. When she came to my house to see it and talk with me, I trusted her within half an hour. I wish I could have given her more of the profit because she was knowledgeable, accurate, forthcoming with details whether they were to my advantage or not, and she followed through with every single thing she said she would. As a single woman I'd never sold a house before, and it's intimidating. She told me emphatically, "I am GOING to sell your house. I need to know that you're ready." She did, in fact, sell my house...it was under contract in THREE days. She is insanely busy, however, every time we talked she made me feel like she had nowhere else to be, and that I was the most important client. I have no doubt she makes everyone feel this way. The woman is amazing and I'm so very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
