Sherry Mathiowetz

I have been selling homes since 2007 working as a full time Realtor. I also have an Associates Degree in Interior Design which has helped me show sellers how to improve their property for a higher return and help buyers see the potential of homes. I am currently working on classes to get my CRS (Council of Residential Specialist). I am an active member in our community- I'm a Board member of the Granite Falls Chamber, member of Friends of Music of YME school, and a member of St. Andrews Church. My husband and I are parents to four young adults who are involved in sports, music, robotics, plays and other school and community activities. I love helping people find the home that fits their needs. Once the home is found many times the real challenge starts- be in the negotiations, helping find the right financing and the requirements needed for that, finding an available contractor or the logistics of moving.
