My father, Louie Ricci, was a pastor and a Chico icon - people came to him not just for his good judgement, but also for how he made them feel! A proud daughter, I strive for the same mix of sound logic and strong personal connection with my clients. Loving what you do may be a cliche', but its original truth is renewed in my case. Over 29 years of client-centered experience..... I stick up for my customers and know how to be a tough, yet respectful negotiator. In fact, it is my solid relationship with other realtors that so often makes the difference in multiple-offer situations. Butte County is a "small world" and realtors need each other here. With a long history of building bridges, not burning them, I have always treated my competitors as colleagues, a "good faith" ethos that facilitates seamless networking. The access I have earned grants me real-time, text-streaming data on exactly which agents have qualified buyers and the precise price ranges they're qualified for - I can quickly hone in on the best matches for my sellers. Yes, there have been individual accolades. For instance, in the top 1% of sales for Century 21 offices nationwide, I have sold literally hundreds of homes. But, those numbers are built by humbly sustaining cordial client and colleague relationships. A lot of hard work helps as well. From my recently raised billboard on busy Esplanade Avenue, to full-page color ads in glossy realty publications, to offering elegant cheese plates for open houses, I am always ready to spend to showcase properties. I will even beat the pavement to door-knock around the houses I am representing. I hustle for my clients - over two decades' worth of testimonials speak to that claim and I am grateful for them. My achievements do not mean that I am only interested in listing expensive homes, either. I welcome all properties, working just as intensely regardless of pricing. Chickens, pies, and grandchildren...... As much as I enjoy my job, it is fueled by my life beyond work. Need eggs? My chickens keep me close to my country roots and keep my family and friends close, too, because they love the farm fresh eggs I share. The eggs also contribute to the crusts for my homemade pies, many of the ingredients, like succulent peaches, picked from the home garden (a.k.a. "my happy place"). I am also a hiker, cyclist, and a scuba diver - activities that make it easier to indulge another passion my garden helps supply: savory Italian food. My most important roles, though, are as a mother & grandmother. Realty is a tough business, yet my professional life thrives because of my full personal life, not despite it. Thank you....
