Sherry walked through the process of selling our home and finding/buying our next home. She helped us figure out how much we could pay and be able to retire our mortgage and also helped us find professionals to help with repairs we needed to make on our original home. Our home sold within the first week of being on the market and she successfully negotiated with the buyer to give us the time we needed to find a place to go. We will definitely use her again if we have another move.

This is thw second home we had Sherry hp us sell. Sherry gave us some great direction prior to putting the house on the market that made it super easy to sell. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to sell two homes in a three month period. Sherry made it look easy. We didnt have to do anything she is as good as it gets. My only fear is that our next home purchase will be a nightmare because we now live six hours away!
