Sherry is absolutely incredible! There are literally not enough wonderful things that I can say about Sherry. Sherry was our buyers agent for our home sale. Sherry is the absolute pinnacle of professionalism. Sherry is incredibly patient and takes the time to walk her clients through the ins and outs of the complexities of buying and selling a home. Our home sale was especially challenging during the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, and Sherry navigated the uncertainties with ease. The contract for our house fell apart at the last minute due to issues with the buyer's financing (no fault at all to Sherry's efforts). Sherry was quickly able to round up another very lucrative offer and see it to close.My wife and I were constantly in awe of her capabilities. Sherry was able to make recommendations before we put the house on the market that dramatically increased the value of the house. Sherry was able to work with the buyers' lender to obtain a very high appraisal--TWICE--for an FHA loan and a VA loan. Sherry was constantly finding ways for us to increase the cash that we received at closing while we were under contract. Sherry was super accessible, and followed up every issue that arose immediately.I can not say enough great things about Sherry. Was very rude! Did not return phone calls. She called 1 rental reference and the landlord made a mistake telling she was going To file an eviction notice nothing was on credit. Landlord owned many rentals got us mixed up with other tenants and tried calling her back to tell her it was a mistake and that we are not in the process of getting evicted. Sherry would not return any of our phone calls. Also she had her son showing the home.
