ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are like my wife and I we have been looking at houses in the Villages for years. After one week of our 4 week rental stay we decided to put an inquiry in on a home on Zillow. Literally 10 minutes after pushing the send button Sherri gave us a call. Over the course of 5 days we looked at 3 homes. The third home fit our exact wish list, cul de sac, large back yard, pool and championship golf course. House had been on the market 1 day, Sherri got us into the home first thing in the morning and we made a full price offer immediately after our visit. Over the next 6 hours we had multiple calls with Sherri working a plan on how to make a winning offer against 4-5 other offers without breaking the bank. Today we have finished our closing and have moved in. Sherri was not only available while negotiating our deal and getting the house to closing but she has been available for all my many questions on who to use for service and maintenance as we will be snow birds for the next few years. I also needed to get into the new home several times before the closing and Sherri was always willing to help She met me several times so I could set up work that needed to be done right after the closing.
