Sherri is an amazing agent and person! I have worked with many agents over the years, some good, some not so much. Sherri ranks at the very top of my list of aEURoebest of the bestaEUR?! When she sold my house in The Villages, she dealt with all the parties and me with the utmost integrity and honesty, and provided me with constant feedback through the process. There was NO time that she was ever unavailable. We talked, texted, and emailed at all hours of the day and night. If you are like my wife and I we have been looking at houses in the Villages for years. After one week of our 4 week rental stay we decided to put an inquiry in on a home on Zillow. Literally 10 minutes after pushing the send button Sherri gave us a call. Over the course of 5 days we looked at 3 homes. The third home fit our exact wish list, cul de sac, large back yard, pool and championship golf course. House had been on the market 1 day, Sherri got us into the home first thing in the morning and we made a full price offer immediately after our visit. Over the next 6 hours we had multiple calls with Sherri working a plan on how to make a winning offer against 4-5 other offers without breaking the bank. Today we have finished our closing and have moved in. Sherri was not only available while negotiating our deal and getting the house to closing but she has been available for all my many questions on who to use for service and maintenance as we will be snow birds for the next few years. I would highly recommend Sherri Crider with no reservation for anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and relational real estate agent!!

Sherri sold me my home May 2018. She worked with me for 7 months and never pressured me. She took the time to understand what I was looking for. She was positive and so helpful. I also needed to get into the new home several times before the closing and Sherri was always willing to help She met me several times so I could set up work that needed to be done right after the closing. I dont think anyone could have done more. Once I found my new home I listed my existing house with her. She sold it in 2 days. Thank you Sherri. I know if you work with Sherri you will be 100% satisfied.

Sherri was there for us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to facilitate our move to the Villages. She assisted us with our home inspection and re-inspection and worked with the sellers agent on getting our closing scheduled to meet our moving timeline. Could not ask for a better agent when buying or selling a home.
