Where do I begin? We were not working with an agent at the time and were searching for our perfect home in the middle of nowhere. We found a house that Sheri was representing the seller for so we reached out to her directly in regards to viewing one of her listings. Sheri is the reason why I am comfortably living in my new home. I've never worked with someone who was more dedicated to solving problems and handling crazy situations with as much grace and ease as Sheri does. She goes beyond being a realtor and considers what we really want in our weird lives as people. We found a property Sheri had listed and went into contract in it, when my bank wouldn't fund the project and the deal fell through Sheri was understanding and already had idea's on a home that would match the vision we had for our lives. If you want to move to NEPA or Upstate NY I HIGHLY recommend working with Sheri. She knows a lot about the area! You deal with a lot of different people when buying a home and Sheri was never the problem, always the problem solver! She communicated wonderfully between myself and the seller (and everyone else) and there was never any miscommunications with her. Thank you SO SO much Sheri! Sheri Oralls stuck with us through our entire first home buying experience, from day one of our search, right through the closing process and beyond! She was so involved that it felt as though she was actually buying the house with us, and it showed as Sheri would not try to "sell up" a home that was not worth it to us. She would simply agree that it was not the right home for us and that we should move on and waste no further time. Her honesty and opinions on each property were genuinly hers and there was no outside pressure. It was very easy for her to see what we wanted from our home and stick with it herself through our search. Sheri's pride in what she does showed as she seemed to spend just as much of her own time searching for a potential home for us as my family and i did!
