Growing up in the area, I have fond memories of beautiful landscapes, changing seasons and warm people. However, being young, I desired a change in atmosphere and an independence that moving away would afford me. So, I decided to attend Baylor University in Waco, TX. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in education degree, I met my husband in Dallas had my twin boys and later moved to Houston. I was a teacher for approximately 10 years and then decided to get my Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. As of today, I have been a nurse close to 9 years. I always say our past experiences form us into the person we are today and help us make the decisions of tomorrow. This is where Real Estate comes in. There has always been a nudge in that area and I eventually decided to take the leap. I love to travel and explore the outdoors. I enjoy hiking and biking especially if I can get my husband and boys to come along. Reading a good book is my escape especially when it doesn't put me to sleep. Crafty projects call to me. My husband is my best friend and my biggest champion. My teenage boys are my world. I love to cheer them on at their soccer games and love that they may even let me hold their hand once in awhile (just not in public). We have 3 rescue black lab mixes Cooper, Thor and Loki. They have amazing energy and round out our world. Almost 6 years ago we were finally able to move back to the 4 States after being away for 24 years. Something about Southwest Missouri always made me feel at home. With my love for the area and a desire to know, help and care for people, I decided to become a real estate agent. A calling that I finally answered. At last I have found my way home, now let me help you find your way home too.
