ZillowVERIFIEDI truly believe Sheri is the only one that could have gotten this house for us. We were working with a different real estate agent and asked them to put in a bid for us for this house. They put in the bid and reported back to us that our offer was not accepted and that she was unable to contact the agent to try to figure out how to get us the house. We were very upset about the situation and decided to change real estate agents. That was a Monday and we were introduced to Sheri a few days later on Friday. When we told her the reason for switching agents, she said that she would contact the other agent to see if there was a chance of getting us back in the deal. Long story short is by the following Tuesday (seven days after our initial offer was declined) our new offer had been accepted and we went ahead and bought the house. Throughout the whole process, Sheri is fantastic. Her knowledge of the market and the whole process from start to finish was amazing and her contacts in the industry were the best that Ive dealt with. I ended up working with two of the three mortgage brokers she referred me to and was able to get an unbelievable deal given the mortgage market conditions at the time. We will always work with Sheri going forward. She is an outstanding agent.

ZillowVERIFIEDSheri ROCKS! She took such good care of us. We had an rental property with a nightmare of a tenant who wasn't paying rent. Other agents I spoke with (even the bank) were suggesting we do a short-sale...... Sheri took a look at the papers & with less than minutes said told us she didn't feel we needed to do a short sale & she thought she could sell the property for a high enough sales price to where we would even make money!! God Bless this girl! She contacted both banks, evaluated everything to make sure she had all her facts in order,,,,,,,,,,worked with unreasonable foul tenants, LISTED & SOLD our property, AFTER ALL EXPENSES we OUR NET PROFIT Was over $28,000 ~ NO short sale & we kept our credit in good standing!
