1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
1. Get pre-approved before you shop. Falling in love with a home you can't afford can set unrealistic expectations—every home after that will be compared to it, and nothing will measure up.
2. Know your limits. Just because you're pre-approved for a certain amount doesn’t mean you have to spend it all. Think about your lifestyle—can you still travel, dine out, or save for the future with that mortgage?
3. Perfection doesn’t exist. Even new builds have quirks. Make a list of your must-haves and nice-to-haves, and stay open to homes that check the most important boxes and feel like home.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
1. First impressions matter. Curb appeal sets the tone before a buyer even steps inside. A little time spent tidying the yard, adding fresh mulch, or touching up the front door can go a long way.
2. Focus on kitchens and bathrooms. These are the spaces that sell homes. Make sure they’re spotless, decluttered, and feel as fresh and spacious as possible.
3. Trust your Realtor®. You’ve hired a professional for a reason. While every decision is ultimately yours, your agent’s guidance is based on experience and strategy. Their goal is to help you present your home in the best possible light—and get top dollar in the process.

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
After spending several years focused on raising my son and volunteering in the community—including supporting the Rape Abuse and Crisis Center of Warren County and assisting at my son’s school—I was ready to pursue a career that offered both flexibility and meaningful work. Real estate had always been a passion of mine, sparked by years of admiring homes and a strong relationship with the realtor who helped us purchase our own home. This combination of personal interest and desire to help others made becoming a Realtor® a natural and rewarding next step. Its possible that I wasn't her favorite client. We looked at several homes. I was a 1st time home buyer at 56. She helped me and guided me through the entire process.
