Whether they're supporting the arts or relaxing at the beach, they love calling Oahu home.

There have been so many! My most recent transaction, a 1 bedroom 1 bath 1 parking condo, just was not selling. Cute as a bug, vacant and perfect. After several price drops, we took it off the market, restaged it, took new photos, and came back on the market. In escrow in about 10 days. Sometimes you just have to make the unit "look like you think the buyers want to see".
After dragging my kids and husband around on weekends to buy my first house (1986), I just really wanted to be a REALTOR®, I loved looking at houses. I didn't make the leap until moving to Hawaii, 35 years later.
I held a PMP (Professional Project Management) certificate for 10 years. There is a lot of project management tasks in real estate!
