Shelly skillfully navigated selling our house in the middle of the COVID pandemic. She was thoughtful in her approach to keeping all potential buyers safe while not causing stress to us as the buyers. Her insight in the future market was priceless as she was able to help us navigate purchasing a home at a lower rate. If we had not taken her advice, we would have had to pay more for the house just a few weeks later because the market exploded. This is where experience makes all of the difference!!! Shelly is the best realtor! We worked with her for quite a long time while we were searching for our forever home. She was extremely helpful every step of the way and patient with us as we saw lots of different houses in different areas. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for and helped us get answers to all our questions along the way. Shelly predicted where we would end up moving months before our new home was listed, and by the end of the process she felt much more like a close family friend than our real estate agent. Selling and buying a home is one of the most stressful things weve done, but Shelly helped it to go at smoothly as possible for us. Shelly was wonderful to work with. Very easy going, friendly and is very knowledgeable of Crystal Lake and the surrounding areas.
