Shelly is hands down the best realtor in town. She found us a great mortgage lender which was very easy to work with they were able to get us the best rates possible in todays market. Shelly has a person for everything. Home insurance in California is rough these days but dont fear she has a recommendation for that as well which also gave us the best option possible. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole home buying process, which is the most stressful thing to date to go through. She was very clear and concise in explaining everything to us. She was patient and very responsive. I'm so glad we found Shelly to help us find and buy our first home. She found us the best homes in our price range with most of our wish list boxes checked and got us in as one of the first few to see new homes on the market giving us the best opportunity to get an offer in and accepted.
