    I had the opportunity to work with Shelly while purchasing my first duplex. I really like that she would tailor responses to my preference, She would text me information, as well as Email specific documents if when requested.She was able to get me into the property, with-in a tight time schedule.She had a list with time lines of what needed to be completed after the offer was excepted (very help full with a full calendar). When I had a question, if she couldn't answer right-away she would respond to let me now she got the text or email an estimate of when I could expect an answer.
