I was new to the area and Shelly was one of a few agents that was referred to me through a network of Real Estate agents. Being new to the area I needed someone with good knowledge of the local Real Estate market. After meeting and talking with her I felt comfortable that she had not only the knowledge but also a very professional manner of how she conducted herself. Whenever I had an appointment with Shelly, she was always on time and any questions I had were answered immediately or she would get back to me in a timely manner. My husband and I met Shelly at an open house in Tempe when we were looking for a second home. She was very quick to respond to all of our communications. Also, she went above and beyond to help us pre-sign when we closed on our home in 30 days, and her help continued afterward.
